Benton One+ has been freshly renovated and painted and newly furnished and is a sweet, affordable option with easy access to Lake Mansfield and only a few steps to the heart center of GB. Enjoy your own separate entrance into the townhouse apartment. This is one, of a two family townhouse. The main floor has a living room with a lovely sofa, New Smart TV with cable channels, and dining table that comfortably seats 4. The well-equipped kitchen has a 4 burner gas oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster oven, standard drip coffee maker & Keurig coffee maker and microwave. There are plenty of plates, pots & pans, cutlery, and kitchen utensils for guests to prepare a wonderful home cooked meal, and a nice peninsula for extra work space with 2 stools for added seating, too. Just off of the living room is the bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. Everything you need is on this main floor!
Head up the spiral staircase to discover a wonderful bonus room and another full bathroom! Its so close and yet quiet... this is truly a marvelous location! Ski Butternut is less than 10 minutes and Ski Catamount is less than 15. Tanglewood is a 25 minute drive.
